Our History, MOQ, Fabrics and more...

As of 2019, we produce 50 tons of fabric monthly. Our sewing factory in Vietnam produces fabric locally for our internal needs. We cut & sew about 250,000pcs of knitted garments per month.

We have 30 years of experience (our founder started in 1970). Our sewing factory in Vietnam has experienced merchandisers, sewers and management to provide our customers with embellished and fashionable styles for men, women and children.

We are constantly improving our skills from developing yarns, producing fabric, sourcing trims and buying accessories to cut and sew them into knitted garments.

We have three facilities to produce the casual and fashionable cut and sew knitted wear. We are also equipped with 50 flat lock machines in case you need sportswear like football, gym, yoga or cycling apparel. Our sewing factory in Vietnam is comfortable with fashion, function and sports clothing.

Quality is one of our biggest strengths. Our basic quality standard is A.Q.L 2.5/4.0. We have done many orders with A.Q.L 1.5/2.5 or even A.Q.L 1.5/0.

Our regular MOQ is 1,000 pieces per style. We can be flexible if you are flexible. We are flexible on this matter because we understand that MOQ has to depend on the requirements of your business as well as the MOQ of yarn and fabric production. If you order a collection of a few styles, we can make 500-1,000 pieces per style but we need your support to combine fabric together.

Yes, we can do heat seal on garments in our factory. This video showcases our heat seal press machine that is used for front pocket, sleeve, back of neck embellishments. We do heat seal on garments in house based on your artwork and placement instructions.

Thai Son S.P Co., Ltd is a family owned sewing factory that has heat seal machines. We produce fabrics as well as garments. At this time we only sell fabric to our customers who buy garments. We barely can keep up with our own fabric supply. We offer FOB pricing. Our strength is men, women & children styles that use circular knitted fabrics and embellishments like embroidery, screen-printing, and appliqué. We have 13 sewing lines and 2 sample lines. We have over 22 years working with customers in Russia, America, France, Germany, Australia and Poland. Currently, we have two production facilities in Ho Chi Minh City. The domestic garment and textile industry wants to revise a development plan to 2020 with vision for 2030, to match the progress of the country.

The current plan was approved in April 2014, and it is expected that Việt Nam garment exports will reach between US$20 billion and $25 billion by 2020. However, in 2015, the garment sector already earned an export turnover of $27.5 billion. All the garment and textile businesses have actively taken advantage of opportunities through trade agreements such as the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), Vietnam-Korea Free Trade Agreement (VKFTA), and Vietnam-EU Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA).
